Providing exemplary service is our priority.  Somerset Collection offers valet parking and a full-service concierge offering an array of superior amenities. Our friendly staff will assist you with gift card purchases, complimentary wheelchairs and strollers, and provide information on any of our 180 + plus stores and restaurants.

Monday-Saturday 10am to 9pm (South closes at 7pm on Sat.)
Sunday 12pm to 6pm

North & South Concierge Services

Stroller/Wheelchair Rental

Somerset Collection offers complimentary use of a stroller or wheelchair on a first come, first serve basis. Complimentary motorized scooters are available for advance reservations by calling:

Internet Access
Wi-Fi service is available in our North Grand Court, Peacock Cafes, and South Rotunda.

Fax Service
Available at South Concierge Only.
Black and White copies are also available.

Valet Service
Available at each main shopping center entrance for $5.00. Valet parking is complimentary to all guests with a visible handicapped sticker.

Alterations
Alterations are available at Needle and Thread, which is located near the South Rotunda lower level.

Gift wrapping service
(Concierge South only) is available,  size limitations apply. Postage stamps are also available for purchase.
